I forget how many layers it took to make this, but there were plenty.
I thank =Asphyziata for the Basic Bubbles Flame Pack, which helped make one of the layers, now in the background under the bubbles.
Ironic, as the flame I tweaked from that pack to get the resulting layer didn't actually look like a bubble.
